RATES:

All fees are for an in-studio session located in Santa Monica, California. Travel to a location of your choice will be subject to an additional fee. Minimum $50 depending on location.

2-HOUR ADULT HEADSHOT SESSION

$350: Three looks (different backgrounds and wardrobe)
Includes basic retouching of 3 photos. Additional retouched photos are $40 each.
Each additional look: $125 (30 minutes will be added to the session per additional look, time permitting)


1-HOUR ADULT HEADSHOT SESSION

$250: Two looks (different backgrounds and wardrobe)
Includes basic retouching of 2 photos. Additional retouched photos are $40 each.


KIDS HEADSHOT SESSION - 14 years old and under (up to 2 hours)

$300: Three looks (different backgrounds and wardrobe)
Includes basic retouching of 3 photos. Additional retouched photos are $40 each.

HAIR AND MAKEUP (optional)

Hair and Makeup can be added to your session. Payable to the artist separately.

Women: Rates vary from $100-$175.
Men: Rates vary from $100-$175.
Kids: Rates vary by age.

You are welcome to bring your own hair and makeup artist. They must be able to work within the allotted time for the session. We cannot be held responsible for the quality of your own hair and makeup artist, but we will do our best to work with them so you get the best possible results. If we love your own hair and make-up artist, we will of course add them to our roster and be very grateful for the introduction!

PAYMENT

A $125 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your session. A digital link for deposit (your choice of: PayPal, Venmo or Zelle) will be sent to you when your session is confirmed. Please DO NOT pay a deposit until your session has been confirmed.

All outstanding balances are due on the day of your session.
We accept cash or digital payment.
Hair and Makeup TBD. 

ALL FEES FOR WORK ARE NON-REFUNDABLE

CANCELLATION

A 72 hour (3-Business days) notice prior to your original session date is required to transfer your deposit one time to a rescheduled session date. If you must cancel a second time, your deposit will be forfeited. If a cancellation happens outside of the 72 hour window, you will forfeit your deposit. In the event of a complete cancellation, your deposit will be forfeited.
